Thank you for taking the time to read my terms and conditions, they are here to ensure clarity between myself and clients. 

Massage, Breathwork, Yoga

In-Person & Online

Payment: Full payment required at booking

Cancellations: Non-refundable (except extreme cases at my discretion). 

If I cancel, a full refund or reschedule is offered

.

Rescheduling: One free change if 72 hours notice.

Later requests = session forfeited.

Gift Vouchers: Non-refundable, non-transferable, expire after 3 months

Group Classes / Workshops: No refunds, credits or make-ups for missed sessions

.

Health & Safety: Do not attend in-person if unwell or contagious.

I may cancel without refund. Online sessions available instead.
