Discover the story behind the healing touch below.
Evangeline began her holistic healing journey as a reflexologist, eventually developing a range of intuitive therapies. Her work is deeply influenced by her life experiences, both challenging and rewarding, which drive her to empower others to heal themselves.
In 2008, Evangeline travelled to India, where she immersed herself in Ayurvedic philosophy. She spent a transformative month in Kerala at the Sivananda Ashram, studying yoga and becoming a certified yoga teacher. This marked a significant milestone in her personal and professional development.
In 2014, she furthered her bodywork training in Bali under the guidance of Louka Leppard, the founder of TULA (now Meditation in Touch). Here, she deepened her understanding of the healing power of touch.
Evangeline's pursuit of knowledge continued in 2017 when she worked alongside Alan Dolan, the Breath Guru, at his retreat in Lanzarote. There, she helped individuals using conscious connected breathing to address trauma, stress, and anxiety, reinforcing her belief in the transformative power of breathwork.
Returning to the UK, Evangeline began offering bespoke retreats in Wales and later in her Cornish cottage.
In 2018, she enrolled in an exclusive Breathwork/Breath Coach training with Alan Dolan, which became a pivotal point in her career.
By 2022, she launched her Tula Massage training for women, focusing on restoring harmony through touch and empowering women in both body and mind. Evangeline is also skilled in restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra, offering recordings of her own scripts that her clients find deeply relaxing.
After losing her mother to motor neurone disease, Evangeline relocated to Cornwall in 2024, seeking a better work-life balance. Caring for her mother during her final years was a time of deep compassion, strength, and courage—a period that profoundly shaped Evangeline’s outlook on life.
Her mother's final message—"Life isn't a rehearsal; embrace it, take courage, let go of fear"—continues to inspire her.
Evangeline has also explored the connection between breathwork and the nervous system, integrating Polyvagal Theory into her practice. Her expertise has led to her becoming a guest speaker on this topic.
Now in Cornwall, Evangeline finds joy in ocean swimming, motorbike riding, and living a life that honours the wisdom gained from her journey, continuing to inspire and heal others along the way.
Whether you're looking for relaxation, spiritual growth, or emotional healing, Evangeline’s unique blend of practices offers something profound for everyone. Take the first step towards a healthier, more balanced life today.

"I immediately got to it, watching, learning and practicing these techniques."
"Just recently my life has been turned upside down with personal family illness and needs. I have felt complete overwhelm, anxiety and stress. Feeling quite unwell one morning , I took my blood pressure, finding it higher than normal. I took myself off to the doctors who prescribed medication for lowering blood pressure. On my way home I spoke with Evangeline on the phone. She listened calmly and intently. When I finished telling her my story she suggested I may like to try some of the breathing exercises that she teaches for all types of problems for our body and mind wellbeing. Eva sent me three little videos demonstrating the techniques and even a sound video of 2 bells to accompany the breathing. I immediately got to it, watching, learning and practicing these techniques. I was amazed the very next day to see on my BP home monitor that the results were quite astonishing. My numbers had dropped significantly into the ‘normal’ range. I practice these breathing techniques whenever I think of them. When sitting, lying, walking, driving and pre/ post monitoring my blood pressure. In stressful or anxious situations they are there, with me at all times, free and simple to do. I am so grateful to Eva for sharing her knowledge with me. I will continue to monitor and of course to ‘breath."
